Payment Methods We accept All credit cards, and debit cards, including American Express
through our secure server. All orders are processed off line to ensure extra
security.
Postage We have no minimum order but orders under £15.00 incur
a postage cost of £1.50. All orders are sent first class post either same day if
received by 12pm or next day with proof of posting. If an order is more than
£35.00 it is sent recorded delivery.
We can not be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. Orders 'lost in the Post' are normally very rare, however if this does occur
we
will replace items where possible, otherwise a refund or replacement will be
offered.
International Postage charges are charged at cost and we will email you the cost
before charging your credit card.
Returns and exchanges
We will replace faulty or damaged items sent, if you
contact us, we try not to make mistakes, but very occasionally this happens, and
we will do all we can to sort them out.
Refunds for unwanted goods will be given, minus the postage charges, on receipt
of returned goods in a re-saleable condition.
A full refund will be given for faulty or damaged goods.
